entertaining outside….Tips from Everything Entertainment.
Bounce
houses\bounce amusements:

I If you have rented any amusements for your
younger guests, ask the company responsible for them to place them in the
shadiest part of your property.
- Always cooler to place them on grass than
asphalt. Grass is cooler for kids who tend to run around without shoes during
summer.
Tents:
- Once again, consider placement. Grassy surfaces
are cooler than asphalt surfaces.
- Try to get some natural cross circulation by
keeping panels open.
- Considering renting a tent with ceiling fans.

Secure some
evaporative coolers. These coolers are basically fans blowing air across a
filter that is moist with water. These coolers enable the temperature to lower.
Entertainers:

It goes
without saying that entertainers get extremely hot in their costumes. If you
have hired an entertainment professional at your party (magician, costumed
character, performer) it would be helpful if you make sure they are hydrated
throughout their performance. Provide
water and sports drinks if they did not bring their own.
